It's not even March yet and over 200 South Sound families have signed up online to participate in the Spring Sale at the Puyallup Fair & Events Center Expo Hall April 24-26, 2009!
It looks like our FIRST sale will be HUGE! This is awesome! Families (especially Moms!) are learning about JBF and loving the idea.
It's obvious that JBF is exactly what this area needs and what this economy needs! Where else can you create your own economic stimulus check with the stuff you already have in your home (twice a year!)? Where else can you clothe your child for 6 months under $100? Where else can you truly practice a GREEN lifestyle (no packaging, no plastic bags, no manufacturing brand new items when there are thousands of gently used items perfectly great for your kids!)?
My other favorite part about starting JBF here in Tacoma is the Moms! As a new Mom myself (my first daughter is 20 months old), I value the connections I have made with Moms so far...and we haven't even met in person yet! I am looking forward to meeting thousands of Moms and families during the sale in April!
